Castle Rock Bank

Castle Rock Bank purchased an existing building in Douglas County to completely remodel and open a new branch of their financial institution in Castle Pines. A.D. Miller Services, Inc. completed all of the remodeling and tennant improvement work. The exterior was refaced with stone veneer and a hardcoat stucco system with a standing seam metal roof. Teller lines and all of the bank's private offices were stained Alder with granite tops. Work also included a new electrical system, as well as the installation of a new holeless elevator. In addition, ten ant finish work was completed for Starbucks to move their equipment into the bank and site work improvements were made.

Guaranty Financial

At their Golden branch, Guaranty Bank required a larger faciklity to better serve their customers and did not want to close the branch during construction of the new facility. A.D. Miller Services, Inc. was able to prepare the site so that customers could be serviced in a temporary facility during the construction of the new building. New construction of the 12,000 sq. ft. bank branch consisted of caissons, concrete foundation, a steel frame and EDPM roof. Included in the main building was a four lane drive-thru canopy. Interior finishes in the bank were high-end and included custom hardwood millworking. In addition, extensive site work and landscaping was completed in order to comply with the planning department's requirments in Golden, CO.

Public Service Federal Credit Union - Aurora

New free standing facility built in ahigh traffic shopping area in Aurora, Colorado. Before construction could begin, an existing building was demolished. Construction consisted of spread footings, grade beam, slab on grade, steel frame, brick veneer, EIFS, wood trusses, and a tile roof. Interior service created a full service credit union facility that also included a state of the art security system.

Public Service Federal Credit Union - Thornton

Previously a restaurant, the remodel of the space included complete demolition of the interior to create a full service credit union with state of the art security, electronics, and work stations. New electrical service and a new mechanical system were installed along with a new tile roof.

Boulder Valley Credit Union

Complete interior renovation, including teller line. All new lighting, solar panels, new roof, and new passive solar windows. Special consideration was given to create a Green Building that received an award from the city of Boulder.

Coors Credit Union

Ground out construction, 2 store building & remodel to existing building. Special construction considerations for small lot size.

Jeffco/Westerra Credit Union

Starting with an existing building was formally a restaurant and removed all interior and exterior finishes to created a loft appearance to match new corporate identity. Construction work expanded to include two additional locations, Conifer and Arvada.

Credit Union of the Rockies

Complete ground up construction for new credit union. Building included drive-up teller access; interior finishing for all walls, ceiling, floors, entry, including teller line and vault. Site work completed the project.
